When you purchase a template from UI GenZ, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template in accordance with the specific license type purchased (Personal, Commercial, or Extended).

Personal License: Allows use of the template for a single personal project only. Not for commercial use.

Commercial License: Allows use of the template for a single commercial project. You may not redistribute or resell the template.

Extended License: Allows use of the template for multiple projects and includes the right to create derivative works.

Free templates are provided under a limited license for personal and commercial use, but may not be redistributed or resold.

All templates remain the intellectual property of UI GenZ or its contributors.

All prices displayed on our platform are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment for templates must be made in full before download access is granted.

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the template is substantially defective.

Refund requests for defective templates must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with a detailed description of the defect.

You agree not to use our platform to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

- Distribute malware or other harmful code

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our platform

- Harass, abuse, or harm another person

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

All content on our platform, including but not limited to templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UI GenZ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content except as expressly permitted by the applicable license agreement.

UI GenZ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

Our platform and templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be compatible with all third-party services and platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UI GenZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform or templates.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to UI GenZ for the applicable template.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UI GenZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our platform or templates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
